Create your customer account to manage appointments, book remote maintenance, view invoices and process support tickets faster. Registration is free of charge.

Registration is currently only possible in connection with an inquiry!

Who is the registration for?
  • Private customers around Keszthely / Balaton
  • Vacation home owners & expats (DE/EN/HU)
  • Company for recurring IT support

An account is not mandatory, but makes it easier to coordinate appointments, payments and service history.

This is how it works:

  1. Submit a request
  2. In the inquiry form under the contact information, select the checkbox “I would like to create a customer account with my data at the same time as submitting this inquiry.“
  3. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with your login details, which you can use to log in to the customer area.
Data protection in brief
  • We process your data for the specific purpose of account creation, appointment processing, support and invoicing.
  • No disclosure to third parties without a legal basis.
  • All details in the privacy policy
